They did not push the most expensive set, but were very well at explaining the different sets. They were not pushy at all! They had my dentures ready in a very short time period, and they fit very well the first time! It has been over a month since I got them, and I have only had to have adjusted one time. The dentist could have been a little more patient when I was getting fitted, but maybe she just had a bad day. All in all, I am VERY impressed with them and would recommend them highly!”

“I have been going to this location for several years now. Very pleasant and friendly staff that makes each donation as painless as possible while having blood drawn. Staff makes an effort to put you at ease and the process is completed while I can take a break and catch up on shows on my tablet. There are fairly consistent promotions to increase the amount you receive for each visit. From the initial entrance survey to the final wrap around your arm it's a nice pause from the rest of the week when you can just lay down and make some easy extra money.”

“I really appreciate all of the amenities Candlewood provides for their guests at a price that isn't overwhelming. The staff is friendly, rooms are nice and clean and their checkout time isn't until noon. I love that they have kitchens with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper, cooking items, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a refrigerator with an.ice maker. In case you may need anything they have an area you can purchase items and have them billed to your room. They also offer washers and dryers where guests can do their laundry at no charge. Feel like cooking out? They have that covered too with very nice grills available and ready to use. They have regular sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash ready to use in the shower and dish soap and dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. They also have a lending cabinet where you can borrow anything from a blender to a board game and a business center for those that might need it. Basically they go above and beyond to help their guests out and to make sure we're happy. I'd say they do a wonderful job.”

“I placed an order over the phone for carry out and i don’t know what the lady on the phone did but she placed my order to some other location and it wasn’t the one here so when I arrived I told the general manager bout what happened and he was able to put my order in for me with a discount and He even personally brought it out to my car for me! Unfortunately, we were only their a short time before our parents passed away. Wish we had found this place sooner. Care Patrol was the organization we used to put us in touch with Danbury of Mentor. Ashley, the director is so competent and caring. She not only physically assisted our parents, but was always there to support our family. When our parents needed someone to turn on their iPad, so we could FaceTime, Ashley made sure it was provided. We loved all the staff who worked with our parents, especially Heather... she couldn't have been more helpful to our parents as they needed more and more support. Even through the pandemic situation, they tried to provide the necessary compassion for their clients and their families. We were able to visit on the balcony with masks, etc. Even when my stepmother and father passed away, it was done with dignity and compassion. Danbury, Thank you for being their for us.”
