My mother lives here. The lots are taken care of (by you) do there are no "that place". The community center is extremely nice. Just get their early because it fills out fast. At night you can hear the race track. But it is far enough away. You have close access to the highway with out seeing it or hearing it. Overall a nice little retirement place.
Very nice folks they can use good young people to help out . Pressure washing. Painting. Grass cutting .dog walking. All around Boy scouts to help the older folks .Good tipper alsome folks lots of work Good luck Boy Scouts u can find 5 folks in 2 hours they will appreciate all the help .
I have family that live there. and we like it.! :). The only thing that I have heard alot about is where the driveway meets the road.. That hump at the end of the driveway could be smaller, or made into a slope to where its flat all the way from the garage to the street. It will make it easier for the people who need to use their mobility scooters, and it will help out the people that have cars that sit low to the ground **(WITHOUT BODY MODIFICATIONS)**
Overall it is a nice friendly and clean place.! GREAT WORK TO ALL WHO HAVE MADE IT HOW IT IS TODAY.!

We apologize that you had a negative experience with Golfway Pines. We wish to inform you that we have taken your concerns into account.
Please note that Golfway Pines strives to enforce its rules equally and enforce its rules equally with every member within its community.
When we are aware of a breach of our rules we address the breach as soon as possible.
- We do not allow unleashed animals in our community and comply with the Ohio Revised Code.
- If the animal does not belong to a member of our community we contact the Ohio Humane Society immediately to address the issue.
- We strictly enforce the 40 lbs. weight limit of dogs in our community. However, please be advised that some dogs comply with the Ohio law regarding medical and/or companion needs and in this case the dog complies with all regulations and complies with specific state law requirements and by law we cannot discriminate. The majority of these dogs typically are over 40 lbs.
- We guarantee that our community strictly prohibits refrigerators and couches on porches. We DO NOT and WILL NOT ever allow this.
- Window air conditioners are prohibited in our community. When aware we immediately address this issue with our community members.
- We assure you that we do not discriminate in our community. As long as the gee-gaws and doo-dads are tastefully done they are permitted by everyone.
We apologize that the late payment and eviction notice process was an inconvenience, but we must adhere to a our policy standards, we assure you that the notices are distributed more timely but cannot guarantee when a person opens/reads their invoice. Communication is a priority of Golfway Pines.
- Please be advised that we do not own the street lights, but when aware the community members can either notify CEI directly or our community manager during our set business hours, unless it's an emergency.
- Golfway Pines strives to ensure a quality community and we must follow our community standard guidelines, which includes a tidy yard.
