(January 23, 2020, 4:35 pm)Would recommend this place in an instant. Dropped of a accent table to be fitted for new glass. Was ready the NEXT day, the staff was so accommodating and polite, and the table looks amazing!!! Not to mention it was so affordable!!!

(May 12, 2016, 10:42 am)I ordered replacement glass for a large Ohio State banner over the phone. When I got in, they realized it was an inch short in both dimensions. They didn't ask me if it was my mistake or theirs, they just recut it right there. They then put it in the frame for me. Both the staff members I interacted with were extremely nice, and the glass was much much cheaper than I expected. Will definitely be back when I inevitably smash it again.
