“I had the best experience I ever had with good customer service with a meat cutter named Brandon in the Willoughby store. Just a side note I was a butcher for 25 years myself. I asked him to change my packaging from a package of bottom round steak. To my surprise he responded not only will I change it I just cut brand new round steak and I will bring them right out to you sir. I was very impressed thanked him and sought out his immediate supervisor to commend Brandon. He told me to leave this review and Brandon would be the beneficiary of it and I am happy to do it.”
