Recently, I was experiencing very high blood pressure and chest pains. My husband called 911 and the Willoughby Lost Nation EMS responded.
I was reluctant to go to the hospital because of COVID-19, but these kind, caring individuals helped me understand that my issues were life-threatening and I really needed to get treated.
Clay, Danny and Mike were/are very professional, knowledgeable young men who treated me (and my husband) with total respect and went the extra mile to help me.
