“Recently, I was experiencing very high blood pressure and chest pains. My husband called 911 and the Willoughby Lost Nation EMS responded. I was reluctant to go to the hospital because of COVID-19, but these kind, caring individuals helped me understand that my issues were life-threatening and I really needed to get treated. Clay, Danny and Mike were/are very professional, knowledgeable young men who treated me (and my husband) with total respect and went the extra mile to help me. Thank you so very much! I am so proud to live in Willoughby and hope they will remain in this community and help others to feel better and get the treatment they need.”

“My family and I made a spontaneous stop one day, on our way home, on a Sunday no less. We asked if they were willing and able to give our two year old a tour of the fire station. They happily obliged! They brought out a plastic fire hat and a packet of fire safety info as well. They gave us a tour of the trucks, let us sit in them, told us all about the equipment. It was a great experience. It was all of our first time at a fire station. Thank you for your time and thank you for your service in helping keep the neighborhood safe!”
