“I had the best experience I ever had with good customer service with a meat cutter named Brandon in the Willoughby store. Just a side note I was a butcher for 25 years myself. I asked him to change my packaging from a package of bottom round steak. To my surprise he responded not only will I change it I just cut brand new round steak and I will bring them right out to you sir. I was very impressed thanked him and sought out his immediate supervisor to commend Brandon. He told me to leave this review and Brandon would be the beneficiary of it and I am happy to do it.”

Super professional, always interested in answering our questions and concerns. Not only teaching us about the processes that he uses to get his results, but the reasons behind them. If you are looking for a professional, friendly and honest contractors these are the guys for it. They arrived on time every day, cleaned up nicely after, and even allowed us to come in and make casual inspections of the work. Harold will tell you he wants to make sure YOU are happy with the work done. He also added in his professional touch on vents(caulking/spray painting) and painted our bookshelf built in that we didn’t originally commission which turned out awesome. I feel like they gave us a brand new home to grow into. We are very pleased with the results.”

“This Marc’s is HUGE, in a good way. I love their closeout section. It has things I’ve never seen at a Marc’s before.. actual furniture. So I thought that was pretty cool. Everyone seemed friendly and the cashier was extremely helpful. I hope this Marc’s stays clean and organized. Too many of the other stores have that dirty, run down vibe to them.”
