  The new store manager, Ebony, of this T-Mobile location is the epitome of friendly customer service. She goes to work for you, gives honest details about products and makes sure you leave as a happy customer. She will answer all of your questions. I'm glad I picked this store to shop for my new phone!

  EXCELLENT customer service! Jamie, the manager, went above and beyond to assist us in switching an android phone on its last leg over to an iPhone that wasn’t even purchased in their store. Dario is personable and extremely knowledgeable. This is my “go to” T-Mobile store from now on. It previously was a sprint store and they cleaned it up and made it inviting. Thanks to all of you for helping us on Saturday!

  Last night my daughter was involved in an automobile accident atop the Huey P Long bridge. Obviously she was shaken up, when I arrived, I saw that she was surrounded by 3 of the most professional, yet caring officers, J Sloan and Mike Bernard and another officer I didn't get his name. They truly did their best in comforting and reassuring my daughter, who's only 17 and her first and prayerfully last auto accident, until my arrival. Kudos to them. This is what it truly means, To Protect and Serve.
