“I live in Colorado and ordered some flowers on-line for my sister-in-law's birthday, who lives in Eastlake, OH. About 10 minutes later I received a call from the owner. She said that one of the flowers in that arrangement was out of season and suggested a different one as a replacement. And asked if it was okay to replace it with another one. Which I said yes to. “Wonderful service for both my uncle and father. We held a memorial here yesterday and it was great. I could not have asked for more. They took such good care of us, Mardell found a pastor for us last minute and Rev. Donald Beaumont was amazing. They went above and beyond to make this hard time easier. My uncle passed last year and that was also amazing. That’s why I came here when my dad passed on Tuesday and they worked so hard to have a service that Sunday, and did it. If you need help, if this is your first time, call Mardell. She will take good care of you and prices are very reasonable.”
