“I had an awesome breakfast. Definitely helped me recover from partying watching the Browns win last night. Eggs were perfect, and the home fries excellent. Bacon, sausage and ham all tasty. The everything bagel w cream cheese and chives was very good. The pancakes were ok, little tough and chewy. They do have fantastic syrup and butter was some type of special house made butter. I was the very first customer of the day, so I'm sure that factored in. The staff was very friendly and welcoming w great service. Definitely recommend this place and next time I'm trying the Chicken & Waffles...it looks excellent.”

I had alot of shopping to do and the 20% off sales of over a hundred dollars was today.... I walked up to the bakery and was greeted by a lady named Debbie... She is awesome.... she took my order and offered some extra advice on what to have written on the cake plus other tips..I told her i wanted to pay for the cake today and she gave me the ticket to take to the register when i was finished shopping so i could add to my final bill which was around 360... I ended up saving around 75 dollars! I never comment on anything but just wanted to take a few minutes to point her out because she made my shopping experience a whole lot easier. “I had the best experience I ever had with good customer service with a meat cutter named Brandon in the Willoughby store. Just a side note I was a butcher for 25 years myself. I asked him to change my packaging from a package of bottom round steak. To my surprise he responded not only will I change it I just cut brand new round steak and I will bring them right out to you sir. I was very impressed thanked him and sought out his immediate supervisor to commend Brandon. He told me to leave this review and Brandon would be the beneficiary of it and I am happy to do it.”

“The day I have something bad from here is the day the apocalypse has come. The homemade ice cream is incredible, their pastries (both sweet and savory kinds) pies/cakes and cookies are all out of this world. They are constantly coming up with new ice cream flavors and you are able to buy pints to bring home. They also offer special ice cream pies and cakes for all sorts of holidays all year long. The location at the top of the hill overlooking Lake Erie is also beautiful ❤️.”
