The gym is very clean, the equipment is top notch, everyone is so friendly and it is open 24/7 which is great for working parents. Spike and Jenn are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. They truly care for each one of their members. When we leave our training sessions we feel accomplished and ready for more. “Wonderful hot yoga studio!! Just finished Yin Yoga with Sonya, so relaxing and my body is truly stretched out. The variety of classes provides a class for everyone, no matter age or skill level. I cannot recommend Fierce Hot Yoga enough, it is just fantastic!!”
