“I visited the Bed and Biscut boarding to board my special needs pooch because we wanted a veterinarian to be available in case of emergent needs. We were recommended by my vet office who is 3 miles away. The staff are friendly. The dogs are happy. The place is clean, no odors. I was even greeted by 4 of the dogs from day care. It was a wonderful time. The lady that gave me a tour greeted every dog as we passed by their run. She knew the names of everyone of them and she told me a little about them like their likes and favorite things. You can see the genuine love for these pet guests. They told me that they take care of lots of special needs dogs just like mine. I'm looking forward to doing business with them.”

“When I brought my 19 year old cat Jinx to Dr. Coe he had been barely eating, bleeding out of his mouth and not cleaning himself. A DIFFERENT VET OFFICE was insensitive and told me jinx has cancer without testing. Dr. Coe was amazing and gave me options on what could be going on with jinx, I decided not to put him through the blood testing, she was very supportive of my decision and sensitive to how I felt, she still gave jinx anti-biotic and it has helped him so much. He is eating regularly again, cleaning himself and in a great mood and has been about the house more. I am so thankful I brought jinx here, had I not things could have taken a turn. I don’t know how much longer I have with him but I’m thankful she helped bring more quality to his life!! He looks so good in these pictures compared to a couple days ago. Thank you!! I will be bringing my other cats here for good!”

“PetPlex is an amazing, caring, affordable place. My 5 month old kitten was lethargic and not eating or drinking. When MedVet and another animal hospital couldn’t figure out what was wrong, PetPlex suggested emergency exploratory surgery the first appointment. Unfortunately, for our baby, the surgery they did to repair what was wrong wasn’t enough. It was enough for her to spend 5-6 days in their care and return home to us for about 5 days. It started out well but ended up the same way it began. She ended up losing almost two pounds in two weeks. The surgery we thought she needed to save her life wasn’t enough. Our sweet kitty had to cross the rainbow bridge on 10/8/22. I had never had to put an animal to sleep before and PetPlex was very helpful in the decision and very compassionate when I chose not to leave Nala’s side for the whole thing. I stayed well past her last breath and well past their closing hours that day and didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. I’ve been to many vets and animal hospitals in my life and so many are about the money but not PetPlex and the place that cremated her went above and beyond. Thank you all so much for making one of the worst decisions of my life a little easier. I am forever grateful. I will never take my animals anywhere else.”

“When Buddy our dog ate some mouse poison I contacted the 1-800 number on the manufacturers packaging. The directions that they gave me to treat the issue were horrible and would have likely lead to Buddy's death. I immediately contacted the Animal Hospital of Pataskala and spoke to Mindy. Her knowledgeable care and quick response helped me to properly assess and respond to the issue. Her further support in putting me in touch with the proper animal poison control channels were above and beyond. There is little doubt in my mind that our family owes Buddy's health to Mindy's quick and selfless help. It is clear that the staff understands the bond between pets and their human families and responds with care that reflects that. My praise does not do justice to the help that we received from the staff. Thank You!”
