“My car rental was great that's not what this review is about I have gotten cars from Enterprise here in Avon a handful of times and I've really never had a problem until now. I am a handicapped driver so I need adoptions in my car when I called up to Avon a month prior I thought everything was done 4 days before I got my rental I was given a phone call saying I needed to call corporate because they needed to confirm stuff for my adoptions. Okay not a big deal but wish they would have told me the first time instead of having to make an extra phone call the day of my rental I got in the car there was not even 2 gallons of gas left in the car the car was dirty and later on that day all four tires were 10 lb under the suggested tire pressure. It was my understanding that before cars go out especially for people who have adoptions that a once-over is conducted to make sure that the car is in proper working order that includes air pressure in the tires. Am I nitpicking possibly but there are things that I think that should be done before every car goes out to make sure that there are no safety issues”

“We had a problem with our sump pump was having a drain issue. They came out quickly and replaced it with a pump that would perform better. It was a fair price and left the house leaving no mess behind. Definitely would use them again for any plumbing drain issue. Good Job!”

“I would recommend Dr Lawson and the Pure Physio team to close friends and family without hesitation. Four months ago I jumped into a workout without warming up and strained my lower back. I tried my usual self-remedy of moving through lower back pain and stiffness on my own over the next few weeks, but the pain only increased. Sitting down would cause me to have lower back and leg pain, especially when doing so for an extended period of time on a plane or driving. I had met Dr Lawson over the years at the crossfit gym I am a member at, and had heard nothing but positive experiences from other gym members who had been treated by her. Within 20 minutes of my first visit, Dr Lawson had diagnosed my lower back issue and showed me pictures on an app exactly where my pain was coming from, all while playing music in the room and keeping the mood light. Dr Lawson then went through stability, strength, and flexibility exercises with me for my lower back. She texted me the list of exercises to complete four days a week, and had me come back once every-other week for dry-needling work, some manual work and evaluation of my exercise movements to increase their intensity as appropriate. Dr Lawson also went above and beyond to send me scaled versions of our gym's daily workout every day for the first few weeks to show me how to properly scale all movements, which allowed me to keep working out while going through physical therapy. This was important to me because I wanted to maintain my fitness as much as possible while working through my lower back issue. It has been 10 weeks since my initial visit, and I am back to working out pain free (minus a few gymnastic movements that I am hoping to begin in the next week or two). My lower back and core strength is better than ever before, which has helped immensely in the gym but also with everyday quality of life movements such as sitting and standing for extended periods of time. “As a person who travels often for work I'm constantly getting to see gyms all across the country. From the second I dropped in to this place, I was greeted by a coach who noticed a "newbie" from across the room and ran up to welcome me in. The facility is AWESOME! You can tell the owner, and the people involved care deeply about success inside and out of the gym. The sheer amount of BFA bumper decals is the first sign in the parking lot. The owner chatted with me, a couple coaches spent time with me, multiple members genuinely greeted me. They comped my first class that should have been $20 bucks. They helped me learn new movements, everyone was highly inclusive here. Not to mention it had been about 4 years since I had stepped into a Crossfit location. A few takeaways. The pricing speaks to the quality of the experience. They don't have any sneaky contracts. The facility and equipment is top tier. The people make the place better. The coaches were highly knowledgeable. Super clean. Tons of class time options. Take a second to give Black Flag Athletics a try. I wish I had done this sooner. This is a gem in Cleveland!”
