After visiting the so-called corporate stores and contemplating to abandon Metro after nearly ten years, the helpful and refreshing customer service I received at this store led me to change my mind. What a great team! After being stonewalled and not getting explanation why a new phone would not activate, the ladies at this store explained it satisfactorily and made it easy for their customer to decide what to do next. This is a store to visit to avoid disappointment. Kudos to all employees at this store! The best!

We worked with this clinic for the entire life of our 11.5 year old Labrador, Chloe. Dr. Petti worked with us during Chloes end of life care and she was compassionate, in no hurry and made the painful process a little easier. Would highly recommend Dr. Petti at the Avon Lake Animal Clinic.

Dr. Petti was 180 degrees different from the vet I had previously been seeing. She's patient, nice, smart, a great educator, explained everything thoroughly and clearly without any regard to time or seeming in a hurry. She answered my questions and made me feel extremely reassured. Her assistant Jessica is also wonderful. The care of my dog is very important to me, and Dr. Petti and Jessica made a difficult situation much easier.

I've taken many pets here in the last 25 years and I eventually stayed with Dr. Letosky whom went above and beyond for my great danes Shae and Banjo whom one lived almost 11 years and I know its a combo of food, exercise , homelife and Veternarian care as danes usually are lucky to go 7 or 8 years.
And when she stepped back and took a break I was devastated and thought how could I ever try another until I met Dr. Carmen Petti for my dog Olive Oil and that was almost 10 years ago. Olive oil had such anxiety to go get her nails or shots or anyone even to examine her that we have to sedate her at home, then they have to totally sedate her just to give her shots every year and all this with a muzzle on. All those times Dr. Petti is very understanding and so patient as this is such a process and scary for all.

Sometimes I wonder if they realize she really is that dog sleeping at the foot of the bed, that sits below your feet the whole time your sick and really does give alot of love and we cant thank her enough for all her help through the years.
