“After ordering tile for two bathrooms at another place in Avon Lake and month later tile still not in we demanded our money back. Went to Premier Custom Flooring. What a breathe of fresh air. Carl came out and measured and Jackie put in the order. The quote was good and tile came in within a week but problem getting transition stripes from supplier. Not their fault though. They came day before Thanksgiving at 9 am. The two men worked their tails off. Never took a break and finished up at 3pm. The floors are beautiful and workmanship superb. “Immediately when we entered Matt greeted us and knelt down to talk to my son one on one. I could tell he genuinely cared and wanted my son to feel included. Somehow he kept the attention of 15 5 year old boys! He had them following directions and being respectful, it was wonderful to see. My son loved all the obstacle courses and the one on one time Matt dedicated to helping him perfect his front rolls. “I had a mastectomy in January 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital. Dr. Poblete was the plastic surgeon who completed the reconstruction phase of my treatment. He put me at ease during the consultation as he explained the various options available to me. The surgery went well and he was very encouraging during my post-op visits. His nurse Donna always responded back quickly to my questions via email or phone during my recovery. Several months later Dr. Poblete performed a reduction and lift on my other breast to give me a more symmetrical appearance. Dr. Poblete and his staff were very accommodating and worked around my schedule so I would not miss a planned vacation. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him to anyone needing a plastic surgeon.”
