“This golf course has improved a lot in the last 10 years or so. It used to be a wet venue and then they did extensive tiling work around 8 years ago. The fairways were in perfect condition as were the greens and tee boxes. The course is a very fair and playable course except for the 16th hole which has very steep uphill green after you hit your drive. You need to check the distance and the add two or three clubs to get there I would have graded this course as 5 stars except for the rip off on the cart fee. On the weekend the posted price - see photo - is $23 to walk and $45 to ride per person. That’s $22 additional to ride. My group and I have played about 130 different courses in Ohio and Florida over the past 20 years and have never paid this exorbitant price to ride. They also have an up charge of 3.5% if you use a credit card. This is a metro parks owned course and frankly it leaves a bad taste when a course is owned and maintained with taxpayer money with exorbitant fees and up charges.”
