Ohio E-Check

Very clean McDonalds & the employees were lovely! I needed help with a mobile order and they were very sweet. However, the manager spoke to her employees in an appalling manner. Deducted a star because of her behavior in-front of customers. She created a very uncomfortable environment with the horrific demeanor she had towards her team.

Was able to get a waver finally after spending $524 and the check-engine light is still on! Glad the Manager was able to help me!

Very efficient well managed location with professional and friendly staff. I gave 4/5 due to the entrance and lot conditions.. too many potholes 😊👍

Heads up, go very slow upon entering!!!! The driveway is full of cracks & potholes. Wouldn’t be surprised if some ppl have gotten flat tires going thru. However, that was the only problem I encountered. The tech guy was very polite. The whole test took under 5 mins, I only had to stand outside of my car for 30 seconds! The tech explained to me that because of covid, we don’t have to sit in a waiting room forever!

Very quick and friendly I didn't have to wait that long. Less then 10 minutes. But their driveway is bad, too many pot holes.
