“I haven’t had him work on my bike yet but I scheduled an appointment and I was very impressed with the excellent customer service. I wanted a rough estimate and he took the time to sit down and give me a more accurate estimate and time to bring my bike in. I drop it off tomorrow and I couldn’t fell more confident I found the right place to take my bikes. I will update my review when I get my bike back but so far so good. Update. Got my bike back and I am happy with the work. Took longer then I expected but had another issue slow down the job and it’s bike season so shops being busy is a norm right now.”
