He was super transparent and fair with the prices and labor that was needed to ultimately have the best results possible. I still remember our conversation, “You can go with the guys who will get your garage built fast & good enough to function but I want your garage to last and fit your needs, how I would build my own”. I was sold. A true craftsman treats every job as if they were doing it for themselves. I truly feel they delivered on this mindset. “I recently posted a poor review of Elyria’s TruGreen lawn service. In the post I explained that the tech that shows up to treat your lawn is never the same, disallowing the all-important customer relationship to be established. In my review, I recommended Central Exterminating as a company/service they should emulate. Our CE tech Jimmy is very professional and responsive to the customer-even offering me his cell number in the event I have problems that may arise before my next scheduled service. Kudos to Central Exterminating and Jimmy- you do a great job! I will be continuing my service next season as well. TruGreen? One season and I am done with them.”
