When I started water service in Lorain almost 2 and a half years ago I had some issues getting papers signed by the landlord to put the water in my name and I had a very nice and helpful woman I dealt with in person. I've paid in person and on their app. For a brief period online payment wasn't available so I paid in person. Never had any rude or negative people help me. The bad reviews honestly shock me. The only real issue I've had is trying to pay my bill just before the 1st of the month and there not being a new balance on my bill yet lol”

“Within two weeks of calling Hometown Electrical Doctor, Chris and his team were in my home to replace an old ceiling fan in a two-story family room. The value he quoted for my estimate was so affordable that I had other work done as well including modernizing light switches and outlets, replacing recessed lighting and two other ceiling fans in my home. They did all of this in half a day! They worked protecting my surrounding furniture and carpet with drop cloths. They cleaned up all dust and debris and hauled away my old ceiling fans. This was really an excellent 5 star job finished with everything I wanted done in a friendly and professional manner.”
