“I took my two girls to the playground to there, with the intention to walk the new path. To no one's surprise, we stayed at the playground and didn't walk the path. There's a pavilion right next to the playground, and I can see us packing lunches to bring up to play a little longer. I've been going to that sports complex for the past 25 years, and the improvements are phenomenal. We'll definitely be going back.”

“I fall in love with this place!!! It is wonderful to meet nature while enjoying with the family. Here you can calmly fish a huge lake surrounded by ducks which can NOT be fed, on the other hand a park for children. This place has an exercise area, mussels to enjoy in this heat, a basketball and tennis court, it also has a path through which your child can enjoy a story all the way, but you can take your pet so that enjoy this unforgettable park. You will not regret it, you sincerely enjoy yourself and receive an exquisite air.”

“Update 2022-08-14. The park is back on Summer hours, 8am -- sundown. Road closure note: Access to Otten Rd via Center Ridge and Case Rd is now open. The bridge work is complete The eagles are staying away from the nest; none of the chicks survived this year. Bad for eagle sightings good for duck sightings. The swan babies are growing up fast and can still be found close to one or both adults. Goldenrod is starting to bloom and soon the meadow will be more colorful. Great Horned Owl spotted. Typically located high in the trees to the east as you walk the connector trail from the nature center to the marsh loop. A wonderful place to walk. Plenty of room to safely distance while enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of the wetlands. Bring your binoculars - look for the eagles, swans and Sandhill cranes. Parking is easy; there is a main lot and a secondary lot. There are benches positioned (more or less) at the corners of the path and two elevated viewing platforms. While the wetland walk is certainly the main attraction, there are also two very nice meadow walks. Enter on either side of the parking lot. Lovely now with the Goldenrod and purple Asters.”

“I have been boarding here for the last four years and have had a positive experience. You will be hard pressed to find a facility that offers the level of care that Larry provides. He truly cares about the needs of every horse and will give them personalized attention. My horse's condition and weight improved leaps and bounds when we moved here. All disciplines are welcome and it is overall a low-key, fun barn. Lots of trailering off property for trail rides too which is great! Would definitely recommend!”

“Great place to play. Excellent concession stand but be aware it is a little pricey. Last time we were there they allowed coolers but not sure if this will change.”

“Great complex! It was one of my very favorites. Player and family oriented. Seemed like a very well ran operation.”
