I highly recommend Hicks’ Professional Automotive. I originally called Hicks’ when my family mechanic was being dismissive of my concerns and was “beating around the bush” (which I obviously did not appreciate, as I felt very unsafe driving my car, and my prior mechanic said it should be safe to drive).
I went to Hicks’ with my car and they were upfront and honest, using a process of elimination to try to determine the issue. Overall the consensus was that I bought a lemon car and I decided to get rid of it and purchase a new one - which I then had Hicks’ check out for me (at a very reasonable price) and have taken my car to Hicks’ ever since. They got my car in same-day recently for what may be considered a minor issue, but I was really nervous to drive it and they fixed it right up and put my mind at ease, for a very reasonable price. As a college student working full time trying to make ends meet, I really appreciated their care and prices for the work they’ve done on my cars thus far.
I recommend these guys to everyone I know and plan on being a loyal customer for a long time!

If doesn't get any better quality of work. There are very few people who work as hard as Jeff, and Adam has no problem working on even the most challenging of issues. They have been taking care of business at hicks pro auto for many years and it might be the best kept secret of the far Westside. You should have no apprehension trusting Hicks pro auto to repair your vehicle.
