We weren't buying our son a new phone, so setting up the line involved juggling a few phones between our existing lines to free up the oldest phone for my son. David treated us as well as if we were buying 3 new phones, and all three were set up without any issues. We were there for almost an hour while data transferred, and David provided the same level of service to a few customers that came in with minor phone issues to troubleshoot.
