We stopped at this location to get a new phone line for our son, and David was extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional. We weren't buying our son a new phone, so setting up the line involved juggling a few phones between our existing lines to free up the oldest phone for my son. David treated us as well as if we were buying 3 new phones, and all three were set up without any issues.

We were there for almost an hour while data transferred, and David provided the same level of service to a few customers that came in with minor phone issues to troubleshoot.

We will definitely do business at this location again.

Gentlemen (David and Hunter) - there were very helpful. Our Iphone XS Max - had an issue that the phone would only work on speaker. The gentlemen knew instantly that this was a known warranty issue. We had 2 options. Try the apple store and get an immediate replacement if they had it or he would call thru Verizon and get it delivered to our house. We called Apple and tried Crocker Park store - they sent us to national support (they said they didn't know of the issue at the store), then national support said it was not an known error (even though they are forums about this problem). It was crazy they didn't know the problem.

In the end Hunter got us the phone delivered in 2 days to our house and it was resolved. David helped with follow up after we got the phone

Went in to pick up my new watch and the man at the counter (Jey) was so friendly and helpful.

Store associate was so helpful and patient. He made many calls trying to get our numbers switched over from another company. Very thankful for his hard work.
