It was seamless for the most part, and best of all, painless! Richard worked with me and walked me through the entire process, right up to the day his driver, Andy, delivered my new baby dump truck. Impressive. Nice. Big. I was just driving by on my way to the Bass Service Center. This place is huge, it's like a college campus. There's signage everywhere to tell you where to go thankfully.
