I'm a private transporter for a dealership in Toronto, Ontario and after a long exhausting drive I was frustrated to find that the vehicle the dealership had purchased was not drivable - I was unable to mount my winch to the trailer and a loader wasn't able to lift the vehicle onto my trailer as it was too big. I left reassured—both by the advice and by the fact that there are still honest businesses in the world where they’ll help out a stranger without charging them a cent.
