The staff was as nice on the phone as they were in person. The shop waiting area was clean and welcoming. My vehicle was taken in right away to start the work. Shortly after, Casey came out and walked me back to the shop bays to show me some things that they found. I did not feel pressured at all to pay for additional repairs. I felt that they really cared about their customers and wanted to make sure I was educated on the issues. I will definitely use them again in the near future.
