“I can not say enough good things about this yoga studio. The space is beautiful, warm, inviting, immaculately kept and well appointed with more than just the bare minimum. Students have access to props, cleaning supplies toiletries and even take home yogic literature. No detail is overlooked. The staff operates in the same fashion building every class in a thoughtful way. Hands on assists are offered by all in a way that is respectful to your individual practice as it is, yet helpful in improving form. I went once to try it out on a whim and I have been back nearly every day since. After years of hot power yoga I have found more improvement in the foundation of my practice in just one month of going to regular warm flows at cultivate than I have in the past few years elsewhere. The donations based system makes me feel proud to give my patronage knowing that I may be helping to provide this experience for someone who might otherwise not be able to afford a yoga offering at this level. Shavasana is magical. The gift of a small massage is offered along with the chiming of the most beautiful bells you’ve ever heard. The space hosts regular events that are unique and well done. Cultivate is everything a yoga studio should be.”

“This training facility is excellent, and right in my backyard. I initially joined the adult gym, and then realized they have such an awesome indoor training facility for athletes. I got my kid into some of the classes too. Every coach I have come across is excellent, they know their stuff and take their work very seriously. The equipment is exactly what I need and it keeps getting updated regularly. This is my place to be.”

“This gym has the most helpful staff. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The building is so clean. All their equipment is always sanitized, the floor is always vacuumed. This is a very safe place to work out while having fun learning... “As a person who travels often for work I'm constantly getting to see gyms all across the country. From the second I dropped in to this place, I was greeted by a coach who noticed a "newbie" from across the room and ran up to welcome me in. The facility is AWESOME! You can tell the owner, and the people involved care deeply about success inside and out of the gym. The sheer amount of BFA bumper decals is the first sign in the parking lot. The owner chatted with me, a couple coaches spent time with me, multiple members genuinely greeted me. They comped my first class that should have been $20 bucks. They helped me learn new movements, everyone was highly inclusive here. Not to mention it had been about 4 years since I had stepped into a Crossfit location. A few takeaways. The pricing speaks to the quality of the experience. They don't have any sneaky contracts. The facility and equipment is top tier. The people make the place better. The coaches were highly knowledgeable. Super clean. Tons of class time options. Take a second to give Black Flag Athletics a try. I wish I had done this sooner. This is a gem in Cleveland!”
