Super clean and organized down to where the fractional weights were placed! The coaches were very helpful and knowledgeable. On point and made their rounds with every person in the room. There isn't a single instructor here that doesn't go out of their way to say hi, provide positive encouragement or help with form. The owner is one of the kindest people I have met and makes you feel welcome. The workout itself has been amazing and has transformed my body. I was an avid runner but hurt my low back a few years ago. I struggled finding a workout to take its place. The first few classes can be overwhelming but stick with it!! My back no longer bothers me, flexibility has increased 10-fold, and I am more toned than ever.”

“I’m not a big fan of this chain overall and try to avoid it. However, after several years we finally broke down and tried it after not wanting to brave the holiday crowds for one ingredient in a recipe. It was surprisingly clean, unlike its competition right down the street. The aisles were easy to navigate and everything was fairly updated. The staff was friendly as well, and one day they were giving out water to customers since it was especially hot outside. This was a nice touch.”
