“Lovely space with great teachers. The all-levels flow is our favorite with such a great balance of "work" and stretching. The studio is clean and inviting. Alyssa and Becca offer plenty of modifiers for challenging poses, but still push you to challenge yourself. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming and the teachers are "real" (I love seeing a teacher wobble a little in pose, reminds me why we call yoga a "practice") Prices are also super reasonable and they have some fun difference classes like kids yoga and a warm-stone relaxation and candle light flow classes”
