Sarah is awesome! She takes the time to listen to what hurts, what new things may be going on with you and adjusts the massage accordingly. I always feel so good!! And during Covid, I’ve been impressed with the measures HMH takes to keep everything clean and to avoid exposure to anyone other than your therapist.

HMH Wellness Center is wonderful! Their location is clean, comfortable, conveniently located and relaxing. I always receive an incredible therapeutic massage that is adjusted based upon my needs at that appointment. The owner and staff members are great as well - personable and professional.

Deb Keller is amazing. All the staff there are wonderful. The massage room is inviting and relaxing. Lighting, decor, temperature, sounds and smells. All perfect. Beautiful new space and a nice offering of other products like essential oils and stones. I can't wait to try some of their yoga classes.

Sarah is a fantastic masseuse with great people skills. I really appreciate her terrific attitude and willingness to give advice on improving a person's wellbeing.
