“Our eye doctor retired. When we researched a new eye doctor, the positive reviews of Oracle Vision Care convinced us to check them out. The location: clean and convenient (right by Kroger.) Also you can purchase your new glasses right in the lobby after your visit. My spouse and I ordered and received our glasses within 10 days. The only strange thing is we had to schedule a visit just to pick up our new glasses. However, it went by fast. You try it on, they make an adjustment & you’re done! In our case, due to the snowstorm they called to ask if we wanted to pick up our glasses earlier, before our scheduled date. We did. Best thing: they used a puff of air instead of an eye drop. That meant we could drive immediately following our visit. They also take a high-resolution photo of your eyeball to look for any potential issues. Not painful. Just like taking a photo of your face. Cost: my spouse was concerned that their cost was a lot higher than our previous eye doctor’s. However, she confirmed that her new contact lenses are far superior because they don’t leave her eyes dry. You barely notice them. I suppose you pay for quality. Staff: the staff in the office were easygoing, warm but professional. I saw them jump in to help each other out. They’re not mean on the phone either. They seem to get along very well with the doctor. It seems like a healthy work environment. Based on our first two visits, they left a positive impression. I’d recommend them.”

“Dr. Simpson has meant so much to me, not only to me but also my family. I started seeing Dr Simpson back in the early 2000’s when he came to practice in Michigan. I was tired of the huge hospital/dr bills, multiple dr visits, and the circles with no positive end results. “My mom had severe dementia, and was at the Wolf Creek skilled nursing facility for nearly 5 years. I never doubted that she was in good hands. The staff was very friendly, patient, and compassionate, which can be very difficult when caring for patients with dementia. Her room and bathroom were always clean, as were her sheets and bedding. Any concerns our family had during her 5-year stay had were quickly acknowledged and addressed. I never felt like mom was invisible; she was lovingly cared for, even though she could be difficult at times. When mom qualified for hospice care, the Wolf Creek staff worked hand-in-hand with hospice workers to ensure mom was comfortable until she passed.”
