The gentleman that was here, Jay, was very helpful and professional. In his opinion, waterproofing our basement would not fix the problem we are having. I was impressed that he was not trying to simply sell us something we didn’t need, but rather focused on helping us determine the problem. If we decide to waterproof I will definitely call them. They proved to be a trustworthy company.”

“We had a great experience. Our plumber sent us here to look for a delta faucet. We had a good idea of what we needed and needed it quickly. When we arrived we needed an appointment because of Covid. We did not have one scheduled. I called and they happily met us at the door. Jim was able to find exactly what we wanted in stock and had us in and out with product in hand in maybe 10 minutes. He was very helpful making suggestions for a laundry sink as well. We will definitely encourage others to shop local and keep them in mind for future projects. I think some of the other reviews are focusing on not being helped but me personally I think sometimes local places like this don’t want to hound people either. I don’t mind that at all.”
