“This establishment is beautiful, clean, and doesn't have the "funeral home" look. John walked us through every step of the process, stopping to answer our questions when we had them, and made us feel like our comfort was the most important part of his job. My family member looked absolutely beautiful, like she was sleeping, and not fake. The accommodations are wonderful - a full kitchen, a dining area, and the ramp to get my elderly parents downstairs to eat was a Godsend. The cost of the services was less than I anticipated, and we couldn't have had a better send off than what Castillo Funeral Home and Cremation gave us. I highly recommend them !”
