Both Joe and Ryan were extremely helpful and professional on my first and only visit to their store. Michigan Verizon stores are closed due to the pandemic so I had to travel to Toledo to obtain a mobile phone and service contract. It was worth the time and effort. Thanks again guys.

Joe was excellent. Stayed til 7pm to get us hooked up. Great guy and very knowledgeable. Will recommend friends and family to see him.
