They were very helpful. I’ve been going to this place for years. Even when the new place opened up across the street. I wanted to support this business. BUT, I’m done. The vacuums are terrible and took my money. Then a couple of days ago, the automatic car wash took my money and never started. I tried to contact Caress and no luck. The number was disconnected. I’ve lost at least $20 here, never again.”

“We had a horrible experience trying to get passports at the Post Office. On the way to the Post Office, I heard an ad on the radio stating that the Auto Title office was doing passports. So after failing at the Post Office, we went straight to the Auto Title on Heatherdowns. It turned out we were the first passports they had done since the pandemic hit. It was the first day they were doing them again. Everything went perfectly. They were very through and professional. She had no trouble remembering everything even after not doing any for a year. She even had her Supervisor look over the applications to make sure everything was correct. Thank you!”
