“Update: the transmission held up great a year and several thousand miles later until we sold the truck. It handled towing a large uhaul trailer cross country, and several other towing trips without issue. Shifted better than ever until the day I sold it. However, I did find out that the rear main seal (which is exposed when pulling a transmission) began to leak literally the day I sold it, came home to a puddle of oil where it had been parked. I can’t say for sure if they replaced it wrong - it’s an older truck and I was using high mileage oils which swell seals to reduce leaks. So it could be from age, bad oil, bad luck, or a bad install and I can’t say for sure. Still, i had a good experience and trust that if i was still local they would have taken a look at it. Jeremey and John were awesome. They were able to give me a estimate for my vehicle over the phone that was pretty accurate. It was half the cost of the dealer quote, with a comparable warranty to boot. My 2006 GMC truck was done a week early - they work on so many of their transmissions that they even had the parts on hand. They even put in a few upgrades to prevent any more issues down the line and no additional cost. Don’t be put off by the shade-tree-mechanic look of their shop when you pull in - these guys know their stuff and are super passionate about their work.”

An auto shop around Secor and Monroe gave me a price to replace both - Fuel and Brake lines because they were ruptured at $350. A piece Really ? Jeff's Collision said we can do it, we have the lines we cut to size put new ends on them & we can them for a total of $360. + Tax.All I can say they have had my business ever since, the oil they use for doing oil changes is ( NOT RECYCLED ). THAT Truly GIVES YOUR ENGINE BETTER LUBRICATION, LONGER LIFE ON SEALS AN. They replaced my heater blower/fan. Did an Awesome Tune-Up. Even had them install new headlight fixtures, Replaced my battery. This Auto shop is family Owned and Run. You're Not just a person in a waiting room.
