“Bought 4 tires a while ago from another location, have had nothing but issues and problems at any other Tireman location with the replacement tires. My back left tire exploded while driving last Black Friday and caused damage to my car. The Tireman I got them from didn’t seem to care or even feel like it was their responsibility even though my car is damaged from a product they sold me. (Maumee) After replacement there, it would be flat every other day and I decided to try this location. Brought my car in dropped it off without an appointment after work, they took care of me no problem, excellent customer service, friendly staff, new tire ACTUALLY holding air unlike any other time I’ve tried to fix the issue. As well as no cost to me due to the warranty I got when I purchased. This was gonna be my last attempt to do business with Tireman but this team definitely saved my faith in Tireman. Will be back for the other repairs. 👍🏼”

“Our sales representative was very professional and friendly for our initial quote for windows. He knew we were considering other companies and gave us a competitive offer which we ended up taking. The appointment for measuring everything was scheduled quickly. After, there were periodic email updates for the production time of our windows which was really nice. Once they were ready we got scheduled within that week to install them. The installers were absolutely great. We had to unfortunately have our home painted before the windows could be installed due to scheduling with our contractor, which wasn't ideal but the installers let us know they would do their best to not ruin the fresh coat. They filled any blemishes on our walls that occurred during the install, and had them ready to just be painted over and touched up. They were so mindful and went above and beyond to make our new windows look great. We are so happy with them and would definitely recommend to anyone! Very professional, great quality and very accommodating.”

“Sung at Brite cleaners helped me out in a pinch today. My students have a recital tonight, and my jacket looked like a wrinkled mess. Almost every place I called told me there was nothing they can do, which is understandable. I was too late for the cutoff, and I would not be able to get my jacket dry cleaned and ready today. When I called Brite cleaners I fully expected the answer to be the same, which it was. Then Sung did something that no one else did. He suggested the next best thing. He told me to come in ASAP and he would steam the jacket for me. Within about 5 minutes I had my jacket back looking 10 times more presentable than it did earlier in the day. I asked him how much I owed him, and he said not to worry about it. Sung went above and beyond for me today. They gained a customer as well. Great place!!”
