“Police officer D.E. Bacon North Toledo...west Alexis rd off I-75 South exit. Assisted us and went above and beyond call of duty in assisting us after a car tire road incident 7/16/18. He assisted us getting the spare tire filled with air so we could proceed to the tire store to get main tire repaired. Background: we were enroute to Columbus Ohio (from Grosse Pointe, MI) for foot surgery and had a tire blow out on my 2002 continental and also discovered the spare had gone flat over the years. Officer Bacon generously offered to assist us and ran the spare over to a local tire shop to have it inflated and assisted us ( I have a broken foot) in installing the tire. Officer Bacon further assisted us in getting safely off the shoulder of the road and escorted us to the nearest tire repair store. Without officer Bacon's assistance I surely would have missed having the surgery since the tire repair store was very close to closing for the day. My surgery was scheduled 6am next morning in Columbus, Ohio. Residents of Lucas County are very lucky to have such an outstanding officer on duty as officer Bacon. Thank you again Officer Bacon. They have a program called baby university and it is a 10 week class full of support and non judgement they have free childcare and you get entered into raffles each week with also a free pack of diapers and they give you great information on parenting. Both she and her staff were pleasant and professional. The one negative review here does not match my experience at all. I notice Dr. Goel responded that she has no record of having seen the person who made the complaint, so perhaps that person was inaccurate as to the doctor she saw. All I know is her issue does not come close to matching my experience with either Dr. Goel or her excellent staff.”

“I highly recommend this center. My kid was in the infant room and is now in the toddler room. She loves going to "school" and I am confident she is getting excellent attention. When we initially joined the center, there was a high turnover of staff - this was also the case at our previous daycare center. Now, the turnover has stabilized and the staff are amazing. Everyone knows my kid and what's going on with her. The directors are very responsive to our needs and I couldn't ask for more from the teachers. They go above and beyond to verbally update me during pick up about how my kid's day went. This info adds to the written report that we take home. The center is organized and considerate of our needs. I am confident to say that my kid is genuinely loved by the staff. She learns so much every day with the guided and free time activities. I think what the center lacks in "flashy" appearance is overcompensated for by caring and thoughtful interactions with my kid.”
