Steadfast Performance

Driving by Steadfast, I was always intimidated seeing the garage doors up and crossfit classes. But Steadfast is so much more than Crossfit. They have Strength training classes, which is what I have been going to since February. Anything can be adapted to your fitness level. The coaches are knowledgeable and very encouraging. Other members are quick to give you a "great job!" and check in with each other. It's a great community to join!! Want to work out on your own? They also have have a gym with all the regular weight machines, free weights and cardio machines. Check out Steadfast, you won't be disappointed!

I have nothing but great things to say about steadfast! I started here ~2020 as a student athlete and absolutely fell in love with weightlifting. Through the individual coaching of Jonathan and Michael specifically, I gained amazing insight and confidence in a sport that I felt I was incapable of doing well. With accommodations and a great culture, I gained my favorite hobby and I have come back after graduating college to continue working out in their space. I can’t recommend Steadfast enough, whether you are a new gym-goer who needs a well put together program or someone who just wants to run on the treadmill.
