He worked past closing time only to have us not by the original car we wanted since the price was too high for our budget. We went back the next morning and bought the car we were able to afford, with Chad’s help. He worked on the numbers and talked us through the process to make it work for us. He even colored with our 2.5 year old son when we were signing papers! Then after all of that he showed us how Ford Pass works, and helped me customize the app and my cars features. Above and beyond.
