“Buckeye Ford has always treated us well when we got our Escape worked on. But this past weekend we were blown away with superior customer service and salesmanship by Chad. He worked past closing time only to have us not by the original car we wanted since the price was too high for our budget. We went back the next morning and bought the car we were able to afford, with Chad’s help. He worked on the numbers and talked us through the process to make it work for us. He even colored with our 2.5 year old son when we were signing papers! Then after all of that he showed us how Ford Pass works, and helped me customize the app and my cars features. Above and beyond. “I'm not a big fan of this truck stop. There are a lot of spaces but most of them are reserved and very tight to get into. The grounds used to be a mess but have been cleaned up. I needed a repair on my trailer and their service department is top notch. Great communication great personalities and really know what they're doing”
