Technicians who came to install the furnace and AC were courteous, personable, on time, and did a great job. They communicated well throughout the process and explained operation of the new system. They cleaned up well after commissioning the system. The next day I received confirmation that they had registered the new system with the manufacturer for me. In addition they took care of applying rebate discounts from the utility company. We are a happy customer with a new Lennox System from West Jeff Plumbing and Heating.”
