“Erica Klontz and Kevin Bentz were a great help to me in getting back on the road quickly with the replacement of a dead battery, and the service and expertise they offered in helping to understand why my vehicle was stuck in low gear after I jump started it at a different location. It ended up being the computer system just needed a few minutes to reset itself after the replacement of the new battery. This was after 8:00P, and I was picturing worst case scenarios in terms of having to leave the vehicle overnight, something more serious with the vehicle being stuck in low gear, etc..., but I was back on the road in about 20 minutes! Their service was greatly appreciated!”

“We've bought three furnaces from Gingerich over the years and have been completely satisfied with their sales and service every time. Yesterday during a winter storm when almost everything was shut down (except us as we are a 24 hr towing service) we had what turned out to be a minor issue with one of our furnaces. Although it would be understandable for them to tell us they couldn't help that day, their service tech braved the storm to get to us and fix our unit. This is service above and beyond.
