“In May of 2019, we finished a remodel job and bought carpet from Creative Flooring. It was a new kind of carpet that had the pad attached to the carpet. Creative Flooring told us it was a new product, and we were their first customers. (What none of us knew was that this carpet was very difficult to seam.)We loved the way the carpet looked and felt, and decided to give it a try. The carpet was beautiful, but it did not seam well. We had one large seam in our new family room and it was very noticeable. Creative Flooring ordered more of the carpet, at their cost, and replaced part of it so that they could re-seam it with a different installer. The new seam was better, but it was still not great. We agreed to give it some time to see how it would wear, and after nearly a year, the seam was not doing great, and the carpet was not holding up well at all. When I communicated this to them (phone call and pictures of the carpet), Creative Flooring told us to come in and pick out some other carpet, and replaced the entire thing at no cost to us! (They have since discontinued this carpet because it was such a pain.) They were absolutely wonderful to work with! Amanda was always kind, and never minimized our concerns, and Jeremy was just great as well! When I called to say the seam wasn't getting any better, he said, "Come in and pick out some new carpet!" Wow- we were SO impressed with their fantastic customer service!! We have gotten carpet at other places, such as Soft Step Carpet in Plain City, and had TERRIBLE customer service. This was a completely different experience. The new carpet is SOOO much better than the original one, and we absolutely love it! We had three different installers over the course of this story, and all of them were great to work with. We will definitely be getting more flooring here in the future!”

“I was travelling through Ohio and got very sick -- bad case of motion sickness on a hot, July day. I pulled into the Lakeside Plaza and was sick in the bathroom. When I got out, I needed a place to lay down. The car was in the sun, and too hot, so the only shade was on the sidewalk on the side of the building. Jen & Amy were amazing! Even though they had to take care of customers, they came out periodically to check on me. They brought ice and water, and a wet towel to place on my head. They called for EMS services when they thought I needed to be checked out, and didn't try to get me to exit the sidewalk, as I was in no condition to walk. I rested for about an hour and finally was able to rest in my car when the sun wasn't blasting inside the vehicle. I am very appreciative of the care and concern that Jen & Amy provided me. Excellent customer service -- above and beyond the call of duty! Brett”

“Great place next to a camping resort in an all-white, welk-kept neighborhood. Friendly attendants, but this gas station is the only thing at this exit and you gotta drive a couple minutes to get to it, if u even know it's there. Place was very clean and smelled good...even the bathroom! They got lotta security cams inside and out, so if u r thinking about illegal activities after-hours when it closes, I would really think twice before proceeding. Sheriff patrols the area regularly.”
