“In May of 2019, we finished a remodel job and bought carpet from Creative Flooring. It was a new kind of carpet that had the pad attached to the carpet. Creative Flooring told us it was a new product, and we were their first customers. (What none of us knew was that this carpet was very difficult to seam.)We loved the way the carpet looked and felt, and decided to give it a try. The carpet was beautiful, but it did not seam well. We had one large seam in our new family room and it was very noticeable. Creative Flooring ordered more of the carpet, at their cost, and replaced part of it so that they could re-seam it with a different installer. The new seam was better, but it was still not great. We agreed to give it some time to see how it would wear, and after nearly a year, the seam was not doing great, and the carpet was not holding up well at all. When I communicated this to them (phone call and pictures of the carpet), Creative Flooring told us to come in and pick out some other carpet, and replaced the entire thing at no cost to us! (They have since discontinued this carpet because it was such a pain.) They were absolutely wonderful to work with! Amanda was always kind, and never minimized our concerns, and Jeremy was just great as well! When I called to say the seam wasn't getting any better, he said, "Come in and pick out some new carpet!" Wow- we were SO impressed with their fantastic customer service!! We have gotten carpet at other places, such as Soft Step Carpet in Plain City, and had TERRIBLE customer service. This was a completely different experience. The new carpet is SOOO much better than the original one, and we absolutely love it! We had three different installers over the course of this story, and all of them were great to work with. We will definitely be getting more flooring here in the future!”

“Called in an urgent need of electrical repair early in the morning and one of the owners, Jeremy came right out. It ended up being a small issue and he fixed it within minutes. I decided to gi ahead and have them change out the entire electrical.panel because the original one was outdated and unsafe. They gave me a written quote for the work. After getting the breaker box and materials work started. Jeremys partner also came to the house to help work on the breaker box replacement and get my electric restored asap. They both worked non stop until it was complete and then swept the floor where they worked. I did research on thr average price for entire breaker box replacement and they were below the average. For the work done and the amount of time they were here I feel like I got a great deal. The only issue I had, which was more annoying than anything, was the amount of time it took to get the supplies needed. I felt it was excessive. But, overall I am willing to deal with that little annoyance in exchange for the price and the quality of work I got. Also, both Jeremy and his partner (didnt catch his name) are very polite and took the time to answer my questions. Im already planning on using them again for additional work in my house.”
