Dr Paolone is fantastic! I’ve been looking for a knowledgeable, experienced psychiatrist for years. Seems everyone I saw previously lacked passion in their career, and more interested in my insurance, than me. Finally found Dr Paolone, he is extremely knowledgeable and educated in psychiatry and neuroscience, he takes the time to get to know you, genuinely listens and best for me, finally diagnosed and treated what has been troubling me for years!
Office Environment: the front desk lady is very nice and professional. Their schedule seems well managed. I’ve not had to wait more than 5 minutes and it’s usually just me in waiting room.
Billing: He is self pay but you can send the bill to your insurance. The initial consultation is in the $$$ range, and $$ after.

Dr. Paolone is a very straight-forward highly qualified psychiatrist in this area. I feel much better about paying him out of pocket because the treatment I receive is outstanding compared to what my insurance covers. His administrative assistant is also very straightforward, kind and professional. I like the hours he has because they work well with my work schedule. I would highly recommend.

Dr.Paolone doesn’t bs you. He listens to what you’re really going though. He gives you what he really knows you need and doesn’t mess around and waste time watching you suffer. I’ve went through numerous psychiatrists that didn’t want to listen to me. Dr.Paolone is the best there is!

Knows his medicines. Willing to experiment with Rx and dosage until correct. Doesn't discount or minimize- listens to concerns and opinions.
