“We purchased our original headstone through Jim Patti of Milano Monuments and it was a very smooth transaction and beautiful stone. A couple years later the stone had to be temporarily moved as a result of a burial in plot behind ours. An accident occurred resulting in damage to our stone. Jim Patti/Milano worked with us and Lake Park Cemetery to make it right and get it replaced in a manner that was fair to all involved. The replacement is perfect and as promised!
