Great people !!!

We purchased our original headstone through Jim Patti of Milano Monuments and it was a very smooth transaction and beautiful stone. A couple years later the stone had to be temporarily moved as a result of a burial in plot behind ours. An accident occurred resulting in damage to our stone. Jim Patti/Milano worked with us and Lake Park Cemetery to make it right and get it replaced in a manner that was fair to all involved. The replacement is perfect and as promised! Jim was always impeccably prompt in responding, and his service was that of old times...when customers were always valued. His kindness and professionalism matters so much! My sister is already buried in our plot so this was a very sensitive issue; Jim and Milano made it easy for me and my husband. We can’t thank them enough!!!
