Young girl with black hair helped me order a healthy version of a chai tea latte. She was very helpful and kind. Need more like her. Thank you for the great service!

Soooo…I spilled my venti iced coffee all over the floor and Bradley cleaned it up. I felt so embarrassed and horrible to impose extra work on them but Bradley made sure to calm me down. It was an excellent learning experience as far as how I react when my children spill something. They offered me grace and kindness. It was one of the best Starbucks experiences I have ever had. And I’m at Starbucks literally every day all over the country as i travel a lot.

I Absolutely love starbucks. Never had Negative vibe, nor have I had a bad service. The employees are a 10 in my book the serive is also a 10! I love it

This location is my opinion is one of the best around. I live less than a mile away from the Canfield location but still drive down 224. Nothing beats the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the drinks. My strawberry refresher is always on point here! O, and did I mention the inside? It’s spotless clean!
